My gifts are something I realized at a young age. I could always sense energy in different ways. When I became older i started to become more attuned to by gifts through my health challenges. When I was 18 I began to learn more about energy healing and mediumship. This helped me to fine tune the way I connect.
My approach is to become an open vessel for Spirit. This creates allows the messages and healing energy from source to flow to you.
